The Family Law Team successfully represented the mother of a 2 year old child who was returned to her care following allegations of neglect. We were able to obtain for the mother, a diagnosis of ADHD, which resulted in her being properly treated and as such enabled her child to be returned to her care.

Led by the Family Law Team, Edward Hayes LLP successfully represented a father in the High Court of Justice, Family Division, Manchester Civil Justice Centre, whose children had been returned to his care following allegations of non-accidental injury/baby shaking.  We proved that a head injury was consistent with a low level fall, as explained by the father.
