We are members of The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and operate an experienced department that handles a wide variety of personal injury issues from tripping to fatality and can often include negligence actions against professionals. The department is therefore practised in dealing with insurance companies in relation to personal injury matters.

We are sometimes able to agree a 'no win no fee' agreement with a client on a case by case basis. However, this is contingent upon the client purchasing insurance to cover the client's legal costs in the event that a claim proceeds to court and is unsuccessful. The department can discuss and advise clients further in this regard once the full particulars of the client's case are established.

As part of the Firm's Dispute Resolution Department, the Personal Injury Department has access to purpose-built mediation facilities and has notable expertise in personal and corporate risk management.
