Our specialist Family Department is focused on family law and our experienced team are used to dealing with complex and detailed cases often involving significant assets and international elements.

We are members of all the major panels including The Law Society Family Law Panel and The Solicitors' Family Law Association. We will advise you on all aspects of your case including the funding either on a private basis or through the Community Legal Service.

Domestic Violence

We have specialist lawyers on hand at short notice to assist in this sensitive and unsavoury specialism. Violence within relationships may be physical, sexual or psychological and may be inflicted by anyone with whom you are in a domestic relationship or have been in the past, for example your spouse, partner or child. We are sensitive and understand the need for the utmost discretion. We are experienced in injunction applications to protect from abuse.
