Murder - Mercy killing R v Wragg - successfully represented defendant in massively high profile case involving the death of a seriously disabled child. Client acquitted of murder at re-trial.

Murder - R v Webster - Old Bailey trial - re night bus killing. Client acquitted.

Murder - R v Rooney - Successful defence of allegation of murder relating to a shooting in Guildford.

Murder - Mercy killing. Successfully defended allegation of killing terminally ill daughter.

Murder - R v Corcoran - Court of Appeal conviction quashed. Client discharged and freed. A rare decision based on complex legal argument as regards trial judge's misdirection to the jury, rendering conviction unsafe. This was a major case involving one of the largest ever investigations in the South.

Murder / Firearms - R v Richardson - Client acquitted of murder and manslaughter. Successful jury verdict after long and complex trial involving two co-defendants and alternate charges plus firearms.

Murder - Successfully defended allegations that a nightclub bouncer murdered a man following an altercation outside a busy nightclub.

Murder - Successfully defended allegation that 89 year old man murdered his wife by beating her.

Murder - Defended in MacDonalds murder case, high profile involving complicated mental health issues resulting in acquittal on murder charges.

Murder - R v Carter - Successfully defended a soldier accused of murdering his wife whilst sleeping. Successful defence of automatism. Client acquitted of murder.

Drugs - Successfully defended 19 year old man charged with importation of large quantity of cannabis through Gatwick Airport.

Drugs - Successfully defended female charged with importing £850,000 of cocaine through Gatwick Airport. A major international investigation involving the FBI. Co-defendant received 17 years!

Drugs - Successfully defended female accused of involvement on million pound international drug smuggling ring. Co-defendants received very long prison sentences.

Drugs - Successfully defended in the case of Operation Extend, reported as the largest ever criminal investigation and series of trials concerning importation of approximately 275 million pounds worth of Cocaine and consequent supply chain.
